Athletic Training Room Information

High School Office: By the weight room. Go down the stairs at the end of the hall by the Wellness Center. Go through the double doors and to the weight room.

Middle School/ Martz Hall: On the gym floor next to the scoreboard on the school side of the gym.

     Athletic Training Room Rules

     Please treat our staff in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.

     Proper attire is required.

     Evaluations and rehabilitation must be scheduled with and approved by an athletic training staff member.

     No one is permitted in the athletic training room without the supervision or permission of an Athletic Trainer.

     No one may administer treatment to himself/herself or anyone else.

     No loitering. The athletic training room is not a lounge.

     Please shower prior to entering the athletic training room for evaluation/treatment after practice.

     Do not wear cleats/spikes or bring playing equipment into the athletic training room.

     Profanity/obscenities or rude behavior will not be tolerated.

     Do not remove supplies from the athletic training room without permission.

     Taping and treatments will be administered on a “first come, first serve” basis. Athletes who have a home or away game will be given priority.

     Athletes with new injuries that need to be evaluated by an Athletic Trainer shall wait until all athletes that are cleared to play receive their treatment.

     Allow ample time prior to practice for treatments, rehabilitation, and taping.

     The athletic training staff reserves the right to refuse treatment if a student athlete is late or misses treatment and scheduled appointments.

     Failure to report for scheduled appointments may result in a loss of treatment for that day or the student being late for practice.

    Hours of Operation

     Fall Season   

     High School: 8th Period - 15-30 Minutes after last practice/competition ends

     Martz Hall:  3:00 -  15-30 minutes after last practice/competition ends

     Winter Season

     High School: 8th Period - 5:00PM

     Martz Hall: 3:00 – 15-30 Minutes after last practice/competition ends

     Spring Season

     High School: 8th Period – 15-30 Minutes after last practice/ competition ends

     Martz Hall: Closed

     Weekend/ Holiday Break Policy

     The athletic trainer(s) will ONLY be available on Saturdays when high school athletic events and practices are scheduled. The athletic training Staff will not be available on Sunday.

     Practice: ATR will open  30 minutes to scheduled start time

     Competition: ATR will open 1 hour to scheduled start time

     After Practice/Competition: ATR will be open 15-30 minutes after practice/competition is complete.
