During the periods of homeroom and study hall, identified students are provided extra assistance in their academic weak areas by means of RTII (Response to Intervention and Instruction), peer/teacher tutoring, and additional academic resources in order to build achievement. The literacy and math resources used with students is research-based and taught by a trained teacher/peer tutor. In addition, students always have the option to make arrangements to meet with their teachers during available periods to gain extra support with areas of need.
