Lunch System

You will be able to deposit money in an account that can only be accessed by your child for their food and drink purchases. Parents can send in prepayment monies at any time. When sending in money by check or cash, please include the student’s name and ID number on the check and on the envelope so it is deposited into the correct account. Please note there is no change policy. If you give your student $5 or $10 to deposit in his/her account, the full amount will be deposited; the student will not be given change. Money in the student’s account at the end of the year will be carried over to the next year.

Pottsville Area School District will continue to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program for the 2025-2026 school year.  This program is available to schools and districts that are participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.

All enrolled students of Pottsville Area School District are eligible to receive a nutritional breakfast and lunch each school day at no charge to your household.

No further action is required of you.  Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without paying a fee or submitting an application.
